Refund policy

At Kalora, we take pride in providing quality jewelry and carefully packaged orders.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

 

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • Your order number

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Kalora is not responsible for:

 

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
