Custom or personalized pieces require additional time. Please allow 3–4 weeks for custom items to be made and prepared for shipment.

After processing, shipping typically takes 1–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Kalora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kalora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
